Contract Administrator TRACS
Services
ShofCorp receives and
transmits required data to
TRACS and Owner/Agents via TRACSMail on behalf of you as Contract
Administrator, and performs voucher review and payment recommendation at
an affordable monthly charge. You are "in the loop"
with ShofCorp's CA Web Application, which allows your staff to
monitor the voucher status of your ACC portfolio from any web
browser. The status pages show which Owner/Agents have sent in paper
vouchers, which have been reconciled by ShofCorp and allows you to
approve, disapprove or modify our recommended payments before we transmit the
voucher requests to TRACS. For an additional charge, ShofCorp
can also process Owner Agent Special Claims for Section
8.
EXCLUSIVE!!! O/A Status Page Helps Everyone
ShofCorp's exclusive "Owner/Agent" dashboard lets OAs log in and verify
exactly what files and MAT records were received by ShofCorp. Whenever we download
and import OA TRACS files, the OA Status page is immediately updated.
With other systems, Owner-Agents may find out you did not receive
files when the CA voucher pays a different amount. Or, your staff, during reconciliation,
discovers missing transactions, so they need to stop and contact OAs. What a waste of time!
With the Owner/Agent Dashboard, this is reduced because OAs now have a way to know exactly
what was received. Everybody wins!

Owner-Agents have any questions regarding what files we received or other questions, they
