After ShofCorp has
generated and reconciled the CA voucher to the OA voucher, the voucher will be
uploaded to the web server. This will cause a date to appear in the "Reconciled"
column, and the link in the "Approved" Column will change from "No" to "Ready,"
as it is now ready to approve. To display and print the CA-reconciled
voucher, which contains the recommended payment amounts, click on the
"Reconciled" date link. [NOTE: For purposes of this demo, if an
ID/password box pops up on this link, simply clear it by pressing the "escape"
key to view the voucher ]
To approve the recommended amounts, click on the "Ready" link in the "Approved" Column, this
will display the approval page. The voucher must be approved before ShofCorp can transmit it to TRACS.
